16. Use of AI Services

Ripple CRM includes access to AI-powered features designed to assist with customer management, marketing automation, and user support. AI usage is subject to a fair use policy, with monthly AI credits included based on your subscription plan. Credits are allocated to support normal business usage and reset each month. Exceeding your allocated credits may require the purchase of additional credits at the published rates. Ripple CRM reserves the right to review and adjust AI credit limits to ensure fair access for all users.

17. AI Service Credits

As part of your subscription, Ripple CRM provides monthly AI service credits to enable the use of platform-integrated AI features. Each AI interaction consumes credits from your allocation. If your usage exceeds the allocated monthly credits, you may be required to purchase additional credits at the rates published at the time of overage. Credit allocations are refreshed at the start of each billing cycle. Ripple CRM reserves the right to monitor usage and apply fair use limits to maintain platform performance and availability.
